Lovers of swimming and relaxation will also be satisfied since the Lavaud lake offers two pleasant fine-sand beaches.

Benefiting from a wooded and unspoiled environment, these two water reservoirs attract numerous species of birds, such as the heron, the common greenshank, the great crested grebe and the common coot. These wild birds can be admired from the ornithological look-out post of Foucherie.

The bungalow is located on 5 acres of private grounds with its own secluded garden & patio, opening up onto a beautiful meadow and woods.
